Designed for cold forming and preparing desserts, these round rings are perfect for making mousse or cream-based desserts such as strawberry gateau, Black Forest cake, and Edelweiss cake. With their exterior welded seam, these rings are perfectly leak-proof, producing flawless desserts. Entirely made of spring stainless steel, these rings are both flexible, to turn cakes out easily, and resistant, as they always return to their original shape. The ring has a suitably adapted thickness: solid yet not too thick, providing good thermal convection.
